1. Intro
With successful development and application of the Lab Nano grinding machine, we have developed Industrial Nano-grinding machine- All-round Horizontal Beads Mill. This machine is re-developed and upgraded based on the former Pin type Beads Mill and Conical Beads Mill.

2. Product features and advantages
1). Adopt strengthened frame with reasonable structure, steady operation, easy maintenance. Besides, its appearance is nicer and full of modern sense.
2). The new generation grinding chamber structure makes grinding medium down to 0.5mm applicable, which improves the grinding efficiency and grinding result greatly.
3). New generation dynamic separation device makes materials flow without any block. The adjustable clearance range is enlarged to 0.2-0.5mm.
4). Continue with pin type rotor structure, disc type structure is also available.
5). With three cooling parts: Inside, outside and end to ensure the grinding heat can be exchanged out in time.

6). Grinding Chamber is made of hard alloy. Polyurethane or zirconia structure is also available to ensure its anti-abrasion performance and to avoid the metallic pollution.
7). Grinding chamber is with rotary arm to pen the chamber for easy cleaning and maintenance.
8). More reliable mechanical sealing structure with dual protection to ensure the stability and service life of the mechanical seal.
9). Delivery pump can be diaphragm pump, gear pump and hygiene lobe pump etc to satisfy different equipment requirements for different materials in different industries.

10). Control cabinet has two types: Button control and PLC automatic control. Both types can meet the requirements for different users. Meanwhile it is also in accordance with National explosion-proof standards.
11). Water temperature, material temperature, material pressure, water pressure, air pressure etc are real-time monitored and protected to ensure the machine works properly.
